I am blessed to have obtained a tremendous amount of training over my 3 decade career, and along the way have collected and developed practical tools I apply based on the issue at hand. While every business is different, my approach to helping owners and executives typically begins the same:
Step 1: I begin by getting to know the leadership team, followed by understanding the true culture of the organization.
Step 2: Next up is an assessment by department to truly understand the business beneath the numbers, determining the engagement of the team, whether key processes are scalable and repeatable, and the utilization of a tech stack.
Step 3: Review with key stakeholders the results of my findings, suggest strategies to improve less-than-ideal areas, and determine path forward.
It’s amazing to me how many organizations live with problems, and having been in the roles between front line contributor to CEO, I understand why.
Organizational health is the single greatest competitive advantage of any business.
