I am blessed to have obtained a tremendous amount of training over my 3 decade career, and along the way have collected and developed my own practical tools I apply based on the issue at hand. While every business is different, my approach to helping owners and executives typically begins the same.

I begin by getting to know the leadership team, followed by understanding the true culture of the organization. Next up is determining whether the key processes are scalable and repeatable. Lastly, I review how technologies are utilized. It’s amazing to me how many organizations live with problems, and having been in the roles between front line contributor to manager to CEO, I understand why.
