Session 1: Vision to Execution [1 hrs]. From vision and purpose to your key objectives, strategies and quarterly focus, this session will ensure the lens in which you use to determine direction and course of action your team executes on is crystal clear and fully integrated across all departments. It will also help you understand how to communicate your vision and purpose to your employees and customers effectively. By the end of the session, participants will have a plan in place and a clear understanding of how to execute it.

Session 2: Corporate Backbone [1 hr]. This session builds upon the vision, purpose, and mission of the company, and focuses on establishing the core values and culture that you desire. Additionally, we will address owner(s) vulnerabilities, and ultimate business objectives to ensure that key stakeholders understand each other and are in sync to uphold the backbone of the company. By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of the foundational elements needed to operate their business, including its core values, culture, and overall mission, as well as any vulnerabilities that need to be addressed.

Session 3: Working Genius [1 hr].Participants will take the Working Genius Assessment, which is based on the framework developed by Patrick Lencioni. This assessment helps individuals understand their natural working tendencies and identifies areas where they can thrive. Participants will learn about the six working geniuses: wonder, invention, discernment, galvanizing, enablement, and tenacity. By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of their own working genius and how to leverage it in their business, as well as how to identify and utilize the working geniuses of their team members.

Session 4: Code of Conduct [.5 hrs].The session focuses on developing ethical practices and a strong company culture. Participants will learn how to create a code of conduct, define their company values, and establish a positive work environment that fosters growth and innovation. By the end of the session, participants will have a code of conduct and a clear understanding of the importance of ethical practices and company culture for the success of their business.

Session 5: Your Solution and Target Personas [1 hr]. Participants will identify the pain points they are trying to solve and the target personas for their product or service. They will learn how to conduct market research to understand customer needs and behavior, and segment their target market. The session will also cover the concept of Total Addressable Market (TAM) and how it relates to their business idea. By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of their solution and their target personas, which will help guide their business decisions and marketing strategies.

Session 6: Business Model Canvas [1 hr]. Participants will learn how to create a framework for their business model. They will learn about the nine building blocks of the business model canvas, including customer segments, value proposition, channels, and revenue streams. By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of their business model and how to use the canvas as a tool to refine and iterate on their ideas.
